Rail

Synergyn® Synergyn® SuperFuel System is the most advanced fuel and Engine Treatment additive system in the world. Our unique and proprietary Synergyn® SuperFuels System enhances the combustion efficiency of diesel fuels with a two-stage fuel enhancement system. The first stage is the conversion of the hydrocarbon chains in the fuel to a more volatile product with a higher Cetane number. Next we inject and blend in our proprietary Synergyn® Diesel Fuel Additive to create Synergyn® SuperFuel.

We understand the value of your locomotives

Best Tech Brands understands the financial investment you’ve made in your diesel powered rolling stock. While Synergyn® Diesel SuperFuels technology offers exceptional fuel economy and emission and black smoke reduction capabilities, aside from elevating Cetane numbers, it does not alter fuel specifications in any way. To be absolutely clear, using Synergyn® Diesel SuperFuel will not void any warranty on your locomotives. The active ingredient in Synergyn® has been used for decades and has never damaged an engine of any type, or size in any way. Millions of dollars worth of diesel engines and equipment have been treated with Synergyn® without a single insurance or warranty claim. Synergyn® does not contain chemicals that would make your fuel hazardous and is listed as a combustible, but non-flammable liquid for ground shipping within North America

System: The Process

Best Tech Brands has created a Diesel SuperFuel System that converts and releases more energy from every gallon of diesel fuel by using a unique proprietary process that changes the state of fuel more power on demand, while yielding unprecedented mileage enhance-ment per hour of operation.

When blended into Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, Synergyn Diesel SuperFuel Saver Formula increases the delivery of energy released even farther. Test results from one of the leading U.S. Independent Laboratories documented that blending Synergyn® into ULSD fuel substantially improves ignition quality over ULSD alone.

Synergyn®:
The Science

Adding the Synergyn® Diesel SuperFuel Fuel Saver Formula to diesel fuel enhances the combustion efficiency of ULSD, as confirmed by independent laboratory testing. The Synergyn® additive is a combustion enhancing chemistry which lowers the energy required for combustion of the fuel to occur, producing a faster burn and generating more energy and power sooner than the ULSD alone.

As sulfur was removed over the years to achieve today’s Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) fuels, ingredients that provided natural lubrication were removed. The blended ULSD fuels reduced the negative environmental effects of sulfur but engine parts; particularly parts like fuel pumps and injectors were subjected to premature wear.

Synergyn® XTrA MPG™ Diesel chemistry restores lubrication to ULSD and provides wear protection to internal engine components. As a result, friction is reduced between surfaces, which extend the life of fuel pumps, injectors and other components. It’s an economical fuel economy and emission reduction solution for ultra-low sulfur fuels.

Synergyn® Diesel Superfuel and ULSD  Test

Best Tech Brands engaged a leading Independent Laboratory to perform Ignition Quality (IQ) tests ASTM D6890-12 in October 2013. This industry standard bench test measures diesel fuel combustion efficiency. The test utilizes a combustion vessel with volume, pressure and temperature similar to a single cylinder of a 12-liter heavy-duty diesel engine when the piston is close to top dead center, just at the point of fuel combustion.

The improvement in Cumulative Energy Released by the blended Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD)‚ versus untreated ULSD is shown in the table and graph. The blended ULSD releases 75% more energy within 6.5 milliseconds and 33% more energy within 7.0 milliseconds. These results provide us with scientific evidence that we should see a reduction in fuel consumption on diesel powered rail engines.

MAGNUSON MOSS WARRANTY ACT
US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312
Legally, a vehicle manufacturer (OEM) cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)). For best results, consider working with performance-oriented dealerships with a proven history of working with customers. If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact EPA at www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at www.ftc.gov.
